The Freedom Project is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

By visiting, purchasing from, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

We do not provide:

  • guarantees of specific outcomes

Participation, effort, and follow-through are the responsibility of the user.

By placing an order, you agree to purchase the selected Service at the listed price.

Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

You are responsible for reviewing your order details before completing checkout.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. The price charged is the price displayed at the time of purchase.

You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your selected payment method.

SECTION 5 — DELIVERY & ACCESS

Live Educational Services

Live educational experiences are delivered over a defined period and may involve scheduling, session attendance, and time-based participation.

Access instructions and participation details are provided via email after purchase.

Failure to attend sessions does not entitle you to a refund unless expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

Digital Content

Digital content is delivered electronically, either through download links, email, or online access.

We are not responsible for delays caused by email providers, internet connectivity issues, or technical issues outside our control.

SECTION 6 — REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  • sales are final

  • no outcome-based refunds are provided

  • no refunds are issued for non-attendance or incomplete participation

The Freedom Project is powered by Shopify. Any purchases made through the Services are transactions between you and The Freedom Project. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of transactions conducted through the Services.
